The components and technologies used are of the highest specification.. Each kit is engineered specifically for optimal performance and durability. The dampers are fitted with Eibach or optional Hyperco springs. Some of our unique kits come with our own extremely high specification RaceShocks UK branded springs.

The 1 way shock is equipped with a separation piston to separate damping oil from pressurised nitrogen gas. As the damping piston is moving in oil only, this creates more stable behaviour.

For applications where there is no room for a separated gas chamber or when a very smooth initial movement is more important, an emulsion of damping oil and nitrogen gas is used.

All dampers have an infinite ride height adjustment through the platforms on the shock bodies. TracTive consciously chooses the use of 46mm high flow pistons in various versions, low friction seals and 16 mm super finished, induction hardened, Q&T CrMo-steel piston rods for all shocks. Shock absorber bodies are made from hardened aluminium alloy to ensure thermal stability and light weight. This design guarantees minimum stiction and maximum construction stiffness by using bearings and components derived from the highest levels of motorbike racing.
